Product Return Policy Quality Archery Bows accepts returns within 5 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned in the original packaging in new and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee, unless a mistake has been made by Quality Archery Bows. Sale items, special order and custom-made items may NOT be returned. Credit for returned merchandise will be applied to your credit card less the 15% restocking fee. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. To return item(s), you must e-mail customer service with the reason for the return. We will then issue you a "Return Authorization Number". This RA number must be placed on the return address label or your order will be refused by the receiving department.
Shortages All product shortages must be reported to Quality Archery Bows within 5 days of receiving the order or the claim will not be allowed.
Damaged Goods If there is visible damage to a package, have the driver note the damage on the delivery slip and notify your local UPS office. Keep the product in its original packing for UPS to inspect. Notify us that the package will be picked up by UPS. If the package appears to be in good condition but the contents are damaged, contact us and save all packing materials. No credit will be given if the original box and packing are destroyed.
Defective Products Defective merchandise is covered under the manufacturers warranty and as such, must be returned directly to them. We will provide any assistance necessary, but we will not accept the return of defective items.
