Shipping Policy
Standard Shipping Method Our standard shipping method is UPS. We ship UPS to allow us to prove that your order was shipped, who it was shipped to and the date and time it was delivered to you. Our standard shipping rates are as follows:
* Contintental United States only (lower 48 states)
Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted via email within 24 hours. If you choose to backorder the out of stock item, your credit card will be charged at the time the backorder is placed. Cancelation of a backorder may result in the standard 15% restocking fee.
Fast Service We understand that once you place your order, you want to receive your package as quickly as possible. All orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of placing your order (unless you have special order items such as fletched arrows, etc. which may take longer).
UPS Shipping Time The chart below is a display of approximately how many business days it take for your package to be delivered to you by UPS once your order has left our warehouse. Shipping time may vary based on weather, volume and other unforseen factors. Map source: www.ups.com
Tracking Your Shipment Once your product has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email that will include a UPS tracking number along with a link to the UPS web site. This will provide you with an estimated date that your order will arrive. It may take UPS approximately 24 hours from the time you receive our email notification for UPS to update your tracking information in their system.
Why is there a standard shipping charge of $12.99 for the small orders? We receive this question from our customers quite often. Most factors impacting the cost of shipping a small or large order are fixed. These include the cost of someone to fill the order, process the order, to print it, pack it, tape it and create the UPS label for it. There is also the cost of the materials including the box, tape and packing materials. We also have customer service available that can answer your question about your order and/or follow up with UPS with the status of your shipment. If UPS can't immediately locate your shipment, we reship your order. We strongly believe that our customers deserve the best overall service and we do our best to provide that service at the lowest possible cost.
OH State Sales Tax
Special Orders All special orders under $50.00 will be charged a $10 handling fee plus freight charges.
